This is a colour coded event with a range of courses to suite all abilities.
The woodland areas of both Nowton Park and Hardwick Heath are very runnable at this time of year.
Short Green, Green, Blue and Brown courses involve crossing the urban housing estate in order to make use of both Nowton Park and Hardwick Heath. Under 16s are not permiitted to enter these courses.
Light Green, Orange, Yellow and White courses will be entirely within Nowton Park.
Short Green course will be over 50% in the urban area.
