Last night (30th April) members of CUOC (and DRONGO) met in the Chetwode Room, Trinity Hall for the AGM and voted in the new committee:

We then moved on to the Annual Dinner which had an excellent menu, including the vegetarian highlight of Asparagus Soup with Extra Asparagus just in case there wasn’t enough. Lindsay received three times more fish than she was expecting due to the dislike of it by the people around her. The former captains Jonathan and Helen received custom CUOC buffs with their own faces, while Jonathan received some jam (which apparently tasted just like the pizza from the pizza box it came in) and Helen some lovely Mariah Carey nail varnish.
Furthermore, Emma revealed the excellently designed Journal, which contained features such as the long-awaited Quotes List, Jezza’s incredibly realistic Treasurer’s Report and one of the first times memes have ever been printed off the internet. The evening ended with the group photo, and Ben handing out his map of Lola Lo.
