8 CUOC members attended the Midland Sprint Championships on Saturday 23rd October. The competition was two races of about 3km each, with the two times being added to find the final results. Matt Halliday won the men's course by a minute against some tough competition, and CUOC got the top two spots on the women's course from Andy Strakova and Emily Lester.
